Since we are located outside of the United States and Hong Kong, we are unable to transfer prescriptions from US and HK pharmacies. As a solution, you can call your doctor's office and ask them to directly fax us a new prescription. Or, if you prefer, we can contact your doctor's office and ask them to fax us a new prescription for you. Please note that a doctor's office can take up to 3-5 business days to respond to our requests for new prescriptions, so it may be quicker for you to contact them.

For your valid prescription to be accepted, it must be from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence. We also require you to fax or upload your original prescription to us.
